With more than 35 years of experience in providing business law advice at Mannheimer Zetterlöf/Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå, Pär Andersson Advokatbyrå has, since 2018, offered legal services primarily in the field of commercial dispute resolution. Over the years Pär Andersson has worked with i. a. large transactions within M&A and joint ventures. The matters have involved many different markets and businesses. As counsel in national and international commercial disputes, Pär Andersson has worked with large and complex matters involving many different issues and other jurisdictions. Many times the engagements have included leading and coordinating the work of teams of colleagues and experts within various fields of expertise. Matters that have not been settled, have been tried in arbitration proceedings as well as in court proceedings, both ordinary and administrative courts. Arbitration proceedings have included ad hoc proceedings and those conducted under major arbitration rules, mainly SCC and ICC. Pär Andersson has also acted as sole and party appointed arbitrator and chairman of an arbitral tribunal.
